We are looking for an Executive Assistant who thrives in the fast-paced, unpredictable world of casting and talent coordination. Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):

Casting execution & Coordination – Understand project brief and ensure it moves into action. This includes, but not limited to, talent outreach, organizing auditions, and collaborating with the Operations team for efficient database segmentation.

Talent communication & Follow-ups – Keep talents engaged, direct them on and off camera, and ensure smooth coordination between them, the CEO, and production teams.

Branding, social media & PR – Handle content creation and industry presence. Ensure consistent messaging across platforms.

Event & Industry representation – Attend events, screenings, and networking opportunities to strengthen the company’s presence.

Industry awareness & networking – Stay updated on industry trends, talent movements, and upcoming opportunities.

Structured execution & Problem solving – This role is not just about supporting it’s about bringing clarity to chaos. You help refine processes, flag inefficiencies, and keep things moving smoothly.

Notes & Documentation – Capture key decisions and action points during meetings to ensure follow-ups are executed efficiently.

Technical knowledge of handling DSLR cameras, lighting setups, and the ability to shoot with them

Ability to Write, Produce, and Edit content (videos and posts)

Excellent communication skills in both Tamil and English

Willingness to learn new technologies and be open to ideas from the team
